Terms & Conditions



Membership Operation

The PUBLIC Membership allows corporate accounts not currently part of PUBLIC’s managed account portfolio to accumulate benefits for eligible stays by employees linked to the company’s Membership account. These benefits can be redeemed for company-related travel or individual employee travel.

To qualify for Membership, companies must be legally registered entities with their respective government or possess a valid tax ID number, business registration number, or other appropriate documentation.

Eligibility

The Membership is not available to:

• Companies already included in PUBLIC's managed account portfolio
• Government-owned entities
• Retail travel agencies, wholesalers, travel management companies, or airlines

PUBLIC reserves the sole discretion to determine and maintain eligibility for Membership participation.

Qualifying Period

The qualifying discount is valid from the date of the Primary Member’s Membership registration and approval, subject to PUBLIC’s internal qualification process.

Receiving Membership Benefits

All company employees must register individually to access PUBLIC Membership benefits. Upon registration, employees are eligible for their company’s corporate discount, which applies to the lowest Best Flexible Rate for qualifying room nights at PUBLIC.

• Bookings must be made directly through the PUBLIC website, using the company's corporate program ID.
• The Best Flexible Rate excludes rates with special conditions, such as prepayment, advance purchase, or other restricted rates.
• The discount does not apply to other promotional programs, including AAA, AARP, or Online Travel Agency (OTA) rates.

Room Night Tracking

• PUBLIC is not responsible for tracking room nights for companies that enter into separate agreements with PUBLIC. Bookings made under such agreements will not contribute to the room-night volume applicable to this Membership.
• At this time, tracking of eligible room nights does not apply to group bookings.

Interpretation of Membership Terms & Conditions

PUBLIC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to interpret, modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise change these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Terms of Acceptance
